- Provide all recruitment, Staffing & administration support for National Office.
- Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and induction.
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner.
- Handle Leaves processes and queries.
- Assist in the Policy documentation.
- Enter data into the HR system so that accurate records are maintained.
- Liaise with payroll.
- Compensation and benefits administration.
- Administer the probationary review periods.
- Staff welfare and counseling, solve conflicts.
- Maintain and develop the personnel filing system.
- Facilitate Guests and route to concern Department.
- Receive incoming calls and note down or route to concerned department.
- Manage the time in & Out along with absence recording system.
- Provide HR administration support to the Accounts Manager.
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR department.
- Undertake other duties as directed by line managers commensurate with the post.
- Excellent Written English skills with strong vocabulary knowledge with proper use of grammar and punctuation
- Has a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Enjoys and is able to work as part of a small team.
- Flexible approach towards work. Insight for citing best Resource available for a particular Job.
- Uses own initiative and can work independently.
- Takes responsibility for own work.
- Possess a sound working knowledge of, and significant hands on experience with, MS Excel and PowerPoint and MS Word.

The Candidate must be a qualified MBA (HR Management must be your majors) along with good job experience preferably in Call Center/Web Development company.
