Job Description:

• Provide all recruitment, Staffing & administration support for National Office.
• Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and induction.
• Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle Leaves processes and queries.
• Assist in the Policy documentation.
• Enter data into the HR system so that accurate records are maintained.
• Liaise with payroll.
• Compensation and benefits administration.
• Administer the probationary review periods.
• Staff welfare and counseling, solve conflicts.
• Maintain and develop the personnel filing system.
• Facilitate Guests and route to concern Department.
• Receive incoming calls and note down or route to concerned department.
• Manage the time in & Out along with absence recording system.
• Provide HR administration support to the Accounts Manager.
• Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR department.
• Undertake other duties as directed by line managers commensurate with the post.

Job Specification

• Excellent Written English skills with strong vocabulary knowledge with proper use of grammar and punctuation
• Has a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Enjoys and is able to work as part of a small team.
• Flexible approach towards work. Insight for citing best Resource available for a particular Job.
• Uses own initiative and can work independently.
• Takes responsibility for own work.
• Possess a sound working knowledge of, and significant hands on experience with, MS Excel and PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Organizational skills.
• Records information accurately while Paying attention to detail.
• Builds appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with employees and recruitment Agencies.
• Resilient and able to work in an organization that is undergoing change due to development and growth.
• Appreciates and understands the need with confidentiality in dealing with all HR Issues.
• Recruitment, Advertisements, Interview,  will be completely your responsibility.

NOTE:
The Candidate must be a qualified MBA (HR Management must be your majors) along with good job experience preferably in Call Center/Web Development company.

Monday to Saturday: 2:00pm till 10:00pm
Friday: 3:00pm till 10:00pm
